The Great Ace Attorney 2 - Case 2 Part 1

Join us as Ben, Dessy, Tiago, and Rose continue on their journey to play every Ace Attorney game! Time to go back, to a time when Soseki Natsume was still in London, and another tragedy befell him! We finally meet two NPCs who briefly showed up in game 1, William Shamspeare and Adron B. Metermann, who add some levity to the grim, poverty-stricken streets of London. Soap, gas meters, dances of deduction, and Dessy calling Soseki her "poor little meow-meow" are the order of the day, plus some of our usual off-topic shenanigans. And yes... your favorite: Rose and Tiago predictions! We get pretty out there, this time...

Join us as Ben, Dessy, Tiago, and Rose continue on their journey to play every Ace Attorney game! We're back! And we finally get to introduce Rose and Tiago to our new protagonist: Ryutaro Naruhodo! What a dashing young man, who's definitely not some yokel from the countryside! Who's this Susato person? I've never heard of them. I'm sure prosecutor Auchi has this case all wrapped up. The Great Ace Attorney - Case 5 Part 2

Join us as Ben, Dessy, Tiago, and Rose continue on their journey to play every Ace Attorney game! It's time for all the answers! Everything is being wrapped up! It's final case! Wait, I'm being handed a message here, on a shiny music disc. It's NOT over?! We've got some teases for the next game?! First we all talk about our beautiful boys, the Skulkin Brothers, but then we have to deal with Eggert- I mean, Ashley. There's some shocking developments here, from the government secrets being leaked, to Gregson desperately trying to hide things, and perhaps most shocking of all: Tiago says that he thinks Sholmes is kind of alright! Truly, it is a day of firsts. Find out how everyone reacted to the final case and the various cliffhangers, teases, and theories in this MASSIVE jam-packed episode!

The Great Ace Attorney - Case 5 Part 1

Join us as Ben, Dessy, Tiago, and Rose continue on their journey to play every Ace Attorney game! (A small FYI: if you notice any small audio errors or less quality than usual, apologies in advance! We had to use a backup recording for this pod after an audio file got corrupted. Thanks for your understanding!) We're in the final stretch for GAA:A, folks, as we've begun Case 5, the Adventure of the Unspeakable Story! Tiago finally gets what he's wanted - Sholmes pierced by a bullet! Plus, Iris gets some more development, Susato is hiding secrets from us, and Gina finally confesses to everything she went through in Case 3. Join us as Ben, Dessy, Tiago, and Rose continue on their journey to play every Ace Attorney game! Today we wrap up Case 4, which is both an odd case and an enjoyable one! We get lots of fun characters, some good puzzles with the jury and witnesses, and some... slightly shaky writing for the maid of the household. Still, we definitely DON'T get distracted several times, and we definitely DO stay on topic. Plus, we debate about van Zieks some more, his character, and then develop our "bits" to their fullest extent. You all love bits, right? Tune in for all that and more!

The Great Ace Attorney - Case 4 Part 1

Join us as Ben, Dessy, Tiago, and Rose continue on their journey to play every Ace Attorney game! It's only been a short time in London, but we're already into the second real British case for Ryunosuke! But he's getting a small taste of home, as he's defending another Japanese study tour student: Soseki Natsume! Soseki, the real life author guy! After giving the crew a bit of a history lesson on him, we dive into dealing with Sholmes again, revealing the lies of the Garridebs, and discussing how Tiago and Rose feels about Iris. Lastly, we tangent a bit (as is our wont), and also possibly form a new bit. A bit that I'm definitely going to flub up at some point, because it's all about me reacting as fast as possible. Thrust into a new place and an unknown court system, how do Ryunosuke and Susato fare on their first case? Well, it's honestly not great, all said. Tiago and Rose meet Magnus McGuilded, but only one gets had! However, both remain pretty skeptical of surprise pink anime girl, despite her weaponry. Does Rose find herself enamored by the new prosecutor? How does the Reaper compare to the others? Find out in this episode, along with several side tangents worthy of our reputation. Plus, we dive into the realism of the jury using fireballs to declare their verdict.
